Sanctuary is expanding our counseling team!
We are looking for a compassionate, licensed mental health professional (LPC or LMFT) to join our team!
In addition to your dedicated office space, you’ll also have access to the amazing outdoor property for walking or sitting sessions with your clients who may want that. We also have the ability to facilitate telehealth sessions for clients who need that.
You would be the third counselor on our growing team and would be a W-2 employee with compensation based on a 60/40 split of your session revenue.
What we’re looking for…
An Alabama-licensed mental health professional (LPC or LMFT)
A therapist looking to work primarily in-office as part of a collaborative team
A full-time therapist targeting ~24 clinical hours each week
A therapist committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
A therapist able to learn and use our EHR software for notes, scheduling, and client management
