Note: At this time, we are only in-network and able to file insurance claims for clients with BlueCross BlueShield. Your co-pay amount and benefits depend on your specific BCBS plan. Note that some BCBS health plans carve out their mental health benefits to other insurers.
Our private pay rate for all other clients is $150/session. If you have insurance other than BCBS, please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We can provide a superbill upon request.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is held exclusively for you, and as a small private practice, untimely cancellations result directly in lost income for your counselor and can lead to unsustainability of their work and practice. Any appointment that is missed or cancelled without a 24-hour notice will incur a $75 fee (half of the normal session fee). This fee cannot be billed to insurance companies and will automatically be charged to the card on file. If there are emergencies that lead to a late-cancelled or missed appointment, these may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we reserve the right to charge the late cancel fee. Please note that refunds are not available for provided services. In the event of a billing or payment error, refunds will be processed as appropriate and communicated with the client by our billing team. Thank you for your understanding!
